Three month course from April to July 2016

I was looking for a cultural immersion, learn mandarin and understand the culture and discover the country. I also like the Chinese way of training,that's why I was in China kunyu mountain shaolin martial arts academy.

The training enables me to push my limits, improve my level of fitness, work as a team, improve my concentration, gain clarity, and improve my endurance.My Shifu Master Sun, Coach Meng, my teammates have all team supporting and improving.

 I have overall a wonderful experience at the academy. It’s such a stimulating environment where everyone is so clever and has made friends, learn from others and the multicultural environments make this school unique in its kind.

The simplicity and the high level of morality make this school exceptional where we promote good behaviors and high value.

At last there’s a family spirit and a adventure where we get support from our masters and coaches and fellow students.

 It's such paradisiacal location where we feel safe and healthy. It’s the perfect location for a retreat as we can also access the meanly cities.

Hassna trained Shaolin kung fu with Tai chi and Chi kung for three months.

Because Kungfu was born here. Since I was a kid, my dreams were t go in China for few months and learn martial arts. I would come earlier if I knew that this is available for foreigners too. But as soon as I heard that is possible I started searching, and here I am.

Hmm… there are so many things, that I can tell which one is the greatest because all of them are so important for me.

Students and of course translators! – Without them I would be lost.

I enjoyed it a lot. This is I think the best experience in my life. Trainings were really good, food was really good.

Surroundings here in Kunyu mountains are really beautiful.
